CTET December 2021  Notification 

The Central Board of Secondary Education today announced the exam dates for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2021. As per the notification, the exam will be held between December 16, 2021 to January 13, 2022.

CTET class 1 to 5 primary level and class 6 to 8 junior level 2021 exam will be held on online CBT mode this year from 16 December 2021 to 03 January 2022.

Important Dates for CTET December 2021

  • Starting Date for Online Registration  – 20 September 2021
  • Last Date for Apply Online – 19 October 2021
  • Last Date For Online Fee payment – 20 October 2021
  • Exam Date – 16 December 2021 to 13 January 2022
  • Admit Card Release Date – Notified soon

Application Fee for Single Subject

  • For General / OBC Category :  Rs.700/-
  • For SC / ST / PH Category : Rs. 350/-

Application Fee for Both Subject

  • For General / OBC Category :  Rs.1200/-
  • For SC / ST / PH Category : Rs. 600/-
  • Payment Mode – Online Through Debit Card /Credit Card / Net Banking OR E-Challan.

CTET December 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Primary Stage (Class I to V) – 

  • Class 12th (Senior Secondary) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.ED). OR
  • Class 12th (Senior Secondary) or its equivalent with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.ED) as per NCTE 2002 Norms. OR
  • Class 12th (Senior Secondary) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
  • Class 12th (Senior Secondary) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR
  • Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).

Elementary Stage (Class VI to VIII) –

  • Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.ED). OR
  • Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR
  • Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE. OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year B.A/ B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed. OR
  • Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (B. Ed Special Education).
