• Submission of online application starts from: 03-04-2021, 12:00 pm
• Last Date for submission of online application: 17-04-2021, 05:00 pm
• Last Date for Fee Payment: 20-04-2021, till bank transaction hour

Application Fee

• For All Other Category – Rs.300/-
• For SC/ST Category – Rs. 150/-
• For PwD Candidates – No Fee
• Payment Mode – Online through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking.

Eligibility Criteria for Guahati High Court Recruitment 2021

Age Limit

• 18 – 40 Years as on 17-04-2021.
• Age Relaxation as per Govt rules.

Educational Qualification

Stenographer Grade-II

• A candidate must be a Graduate in any stream from a UGC recognized University as on 17 April 2021.
• Should possess a Diploma/Certificate in Stenography/Shorthand from ITI/Polytechnic/any other institute. Candidates who are pursuing Stenography/Shorthand may also apply. However, they must submit pass/completion certificate/diploma to the high court at the time of document verification, unless otherwise decided by the High Court.
• Must have adequate knowledge of the official language (Assamese) of the state of Assam.
• The candidate must possess Employment exchange registration number for the state of Assam.

Stenographer Grade-III

• A candidate must be passed 10+2 from recognized Board as on 17 April 2021.
• Should possess a Diploma/Certificate in Stenography/Shorthand from ITI/Polytechnic/any other institute. Candidates who are pursuing Stenography/Shorthand may also apply. However, they must submit pass/completion certificate/diploma to the high court at the time of document verification, unless otherwise decided by the High Court.
• Must have adequate knowledge of the official language (Assamese) of the state of Assam.
