CTET January 2024 Application Form – The Central Board of Secondary Education has released Official Notification for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024. Candidate should have Diploma in elementary Education/Diploma in Education/B.El.Ed /B.SC.Ed /B.A Ed. /B.Ed certificate to Apply CTET Exam 2024. Those Candidates who are interested in CTET January 2024 Exam Notification can Apply Online Application from 03 November to 01 December 2023.

Important Dates for CTET January 2024

• Starting Date for Online CTET Registration – 03 November 2023
• Last Date for Apply Online – 01 December 2023
• Last Date For Online Fee payment – 01 December 2023
• Online Correction Form Date – 28 November to 02 December 2023
• CTET Exam Date – 21 January 2024 (Offline, OMR Based)
• Admit Card Release Date – January 2024

Application Fee for Single Subject

• For General / OBC Category :  Rs.1000/-
• For SC / ST / PH Category : Rs. 500/-

Application Fee for Both (Primary And Junior) Subject

• For General / OBC Category :  Rs.1200/-
• For SC / ST / PH Category : Rs. 600/-

• Payment Mode – Online Through Debit Card /Credit Card / Net Banking OR E-Challan.

CTET Eligibility Criteria 2024

Primary Stage (Class I to V) – 

• Class 12th (Senior Secondary) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.ED). OR
• Class 12th (Senior Secondary) or its equivalent with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.ED) as per NCTE 2002 Norms. OR
• Class 12th (Senior Secondary) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
• Class 12th (Senior Secondary) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).

Elementary Stage (Class VI to VIII) –

• Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.ED). OR
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR
• Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE. OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year B.A/ B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed. OR
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (B. Ed Special Education).
